This channel is a joint project of c-e-n-t-e-r art project and Special Rock-TV. c-e-n-t-e-r art project is preparing the first DVD containing a collection of collaborations between experimental VDO authors and musicians creating soundtracks for these art VDO. Authors from the USA and Europe participate in this project.

The current film contains more than 30 VDO fragments of c-e-n-t-e-r art project.
