About the participants:

SKKUP is an abbreviation of the group’s name meaning “With the knees like those of a bird”. The group is known as “Non-Russian rock group”, “prominent non-textual group”. The band has already been existing for quite a long time. It is the most recognised and the most interesting project from Smolensk.

Vladislav Makarov is an expressive cellist and artist, the pioneer of Russian free improvised music, initiator and participant of many Russian and foreign projects. His ideology – successive ANTI-post-modern. He has been cooperating with many avant-garde and alternative musicians from Russia and other countries. For the last 5 years Makarov has been a regular author writing articles for Special Radio.
